Safety Signage – Distance Viewing Guide
Ensure your signage complies to regulatory safety sign standards by choosing a sufficient size and locating them in a position that is prominent and legible under all likely viewing conditions. Factors such as the site environment, viewing distance and light quality must also be considered when determining print size.
The AS/NZS 1319:1994 standard sets out requirements for the design and use of occupational safety signs used to regulate and control safety procedures, to warn of hazards and to provide emergency information.
