Dispatch and Delivery Estimates
Most products advertised as ‘In Stock’ are delivered overnight within New Zealand provided the order is placed before the advertised cut-off time (usually 3:00pm Mon-Fri). Large items that require freight, dangerous goods and items delivered to rural address typically take an additional 1 – 2 days to be delivered.
Products that say ‘Available – usually ships in x days’ may be on order with our supplier, stored at our bulk warehouse or are ordered in via a supplier that has stock. In some cases this may add a day or so to the delivery time.
If you have any urgent requirements get in touch with us. There’s usually ways and means to get urgent items delivered faster.
We try to keep courier and freight pricing to an absolute minimum. There’s nothing worse than getting to the checkout just to find it has lumped in a crazy shipping fee. Our shipping costs vary based on the item(s) being shipped and the destination. If a shipping rate seems unreasonable let us know and we’ll work something out for you.
For most items we allow returns for unopened unused items (excluding tinted paint). The item must be returned, at your cost, in its original packaging in shop condition. Just get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll be glad to help out.
If your item is faulty on delivery we will likely replace it or refund it at no charge. All our brand name products come with their manufacture’s warranties. We work very hard to ensure all warranty claims are actioned within reasonable timeframes to ensure customer satisfaction.
